Andrzej Brudnicki

Andrzej Brudnicki received a MD degree from the Medical University of Warsaw, Poland in 1995, a DMD degree from Medical University of Lodz, Poland in 1998, a PhD degree in pediatric surgery and later a habilitation degree from the Institute of Mother and Child (IMC), Warsaw. He has been a specialist in maxillofacial surgery since 2007 and a Fellow of European Board of Oro-Maxillo-Facial Surgery (UEMS) since 2012.

Currently, he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery, Pediatric Surgery Clinic, IMC in Warsaw. His clinical and research interests center around orthognathic surgery and pediatric maxillofacial surgery with the main focus on the longitudinal observations of treatment outcomes of orofacial clefts and developmental craniofacial disorders.

He is an author of 44 peer-reviewed publications, 65 article reviews and over 100 presentations, posters and lectures as an invited speaker in 51 international conferences. Andrzej Brudnicki is an active member of the European Association for Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery (EACMFS), European Orthodontic Society (EOS) and the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association (ACPA).

He is taking part in the international projects such as Slavcleft and grants to support research about the treatment of children suffering from orofacial clefts.
