Professor of Craniofacial Development and Hon. Consultant in Orthodontics, University of Dundee Dental School. Currently Associate Dean (ADSRGP), University of Dundee Dental School, Director of Research for the British Orthodontic Society and on the Executive Committee of IADR Global Oral Health Inequalities Research Network (GOHIRN) as Past President.

Publications

Prolific publisher in specialist field with 298 publications overall and 247 presentations at national and international conferences and a H-index = 40 (ReserchGate, March 2026). 69 peer reviewed publications in the last 5 years, and in the same period supervised 12 PhD students and 10 Research Masters projects to successful completion.
